Bob Glasa
Chief Executive Officer
Bob is a University of Illinois graduate and started his career
in Banking. He helped launch Royse & Brinkmeyer Apartments in
1996 alongside the owners. He has made this organization what it is
today by creating a portfolio of quality apartments with satisfied
residents and a team of goal-oriented individuals to ensure that
things stay that way. Bob is a pilot, golf enthusiast, swimmer, and
fan of blues music. As the master of all things Royse &
Brinkmeyer, the buck stops here!

Collin D.
Carlier
Chief Operating Officer
Collin started off as a part-time painter. He also worked
part-time as a leasing agent while attending the University of
Illinois and accepted a position as Community Manager and web
editor in Spring 2005. While managing at Royse &
Brinkmeyer, he received his MBA from the University of Illinois in
May 2009. He is an avid musician, golfer, tennis player, and

Craig Hughes
Director Of Finance
Craig is the newest member to the Royse and Brinkmeyer
management team, joining the Accounting Department as Director of
Finance in January of 2009. He brings over 30 years of accounting
experience to the position. Native to the Midwest, Craig now makes
his home in Mahomet with his wife. He loves playing the drums in
his church's praise band and almost any DVD comedies. Please feel

Anna Glasa
Office Manager
Anna`s family background is in the construction business and she
spent 25 years of her career as a realtor. This varied background
makes her an excellent resource to look after property and the good
people residing in them. Her organizational skills are especially
well utilized in planinng social functions with residents and
amongst the company. When not overseeing the community managers,
she spends her time quilting and looking after her family. Though
the managers carry out most of the communications with residents,
it is wonderful to know that Anna is standing behind the team.

Keith Wingate
Director of Maintenance
Keith Wingate comes from good stock: he’s got
property management and engineering in his family’s DNA! This
makes him well qualified to run our Maintenance Department. Keith
lives in Mahomet with his family.
Gina Mehnert
Receptionist
Gina has been with Royse & Brinkmeyer since
2010. She is the very first bright and shiny face you see when you
enter our Leasing Office! She loves to laugh so come on in and tell
her a joke… we promise you will start smiling yourself! She
loves spending time at the pool, with her famliy, and is very
active at her church.

Angie Brown
Maintenance Coordinator
Angie
has been with Royse & Brinkmeyer since 2000. She is the voice
you hear when you call our Maintenance Department and also is the
organizer, dispatcher, and coordinator for the Maintenance Office.
She has 3 adorable kids, loves to read, and be with friends and

Kara Cochran
Community Manager
Kara has been with Royse & Brinkmeyer
since 2010. She loves to travel and spend time with her dog, Deuce.
Kara has a depth of knowledge and experience in Property Management
which give her a knack for communications and Customer Service. If

Jenna Anderson
Community Manager
Jenna has been with Royse & Brinkmeyer since 2010. She loves
baking (if you are in paying rent you may want to ask if you can
taste the treat of the day!). She has a passion for Customer
Service and an education through Hospitality Management; which
makes her the perfect person to look after our residents at
Prospect Pointe, Westwood Village, State Street, Clark Street,
Healey Street, Green Street, and Prairie Place. You can reach her

Joe Costa
Parts Room
No one other than John Royse and Gil Brinkmeyer can boast the
longevity of Joe Costa with our company. Joe is the guy that makes
sure that hard to find part that your stove cannot run without is
stocked and at the lowest price! He could probably tell a story
about each apartment community that no one has heard in 20
years!

Allan Wyer
Maintenance Technician
Allan has been with Royse & Brinkmeyer since 1996. He is a
Navy Vet, lover of animals, and also maintains the Royse &
Brinkmeyer swimming pools! More often than not, you will find him
at Prospect Pointe where residents remind him everyday how much
they appreciate his work.

Jeff Jarrett
Director of Construction Projects
Around a haze of dry wall dust, saw dust, bricks, and mortar
you'll find Jeff Jarrett in the middle. A one-man crew, Jeff is the
guy you see designing and implementing major construction projects.
He lives in Mahomet with his family and dogs. For anyone wanting to
lure Jeff in to look at your apartment, he's a sucker for
sweets!

Jim Sweet
Maintenance Technician
More residents know Jim Sweet than any other employee. Jim has
been with Royse & Brinkmeyer since 1984. Contrary to most
people, Jim is a "Jack of all trades" and .... "Master of all
trades!" You'll see him doing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical
(without mixing the two of course) amongst many other things. He
lives in Urbana with his wife and dog, Trixie.
